In the turn-key model, BR INFRA assumes full responsibility for implementing the substation. This includes engineering, the supply of 100% of materials and equipment, and full execution of the work, from civil to electromechanical. <\/p>\n
For the client, this means predictability, fewer interfaces, optimized timelines, and a solution with guaranteed performance. At the end of the process, we hand over the key: the substation is ready to operate reliably from day one. <\/p>\n
Retrofits, in turn, are solutions applied to existing substations. They are interventions aimed at modernizing, expanding, or adapting assets to new operational requirements\u2014whether due to obsolescence, increased load, or regulatory and safety requirements. <\/p>\n
In practice, it is surgical engineering: it requires technical mastery, detailed planning, and execution that respects the facility\u2019s continuous operation.<\/p>\n
BR INFRA is currently working on the modernization of the Campos Substation, carried out in two stages. The first stage, corresponding to SE Campos 22R, includes the replacement of phases A and B of the 345 kV reactor bank. The second stage, SE Campos 7OP, corresponds to the replacement of 345 kV disconnect switches. Both stages of the contracted scope include management, development of detailed design, supply of materials, equipment and SPCS (Protection, Control and Supervision System) services, execution of the works, commissioning and energization, in accordance with the technical specifications established by Eletrobras. <\/p>\n
